Question: Is 1 ml 1 dropper full? The dropper isn’t marked. Thanks!
Answer: I sent an email to the company and asked the same question. Here was their response: "...To clarify, 1mL (about 45 drops) is just over half of the glass dropper, which is also the average pull size of the dropper." Hope that helps! -
Question: How does this compare to the capsules?
Answer: The manufacturer, Host Defense, confirmed the suggested dose on both versions are very comparable in terms of milligrams. However, the extracts are absorbed 1/2 - 1 hour faster than the capsules. Also, they both contain enzymes and polysaccarides, but the extracts have a higher enzyme absorption, where the capsules have a higher polysaccharide absorption. -
Question: What is the alcohol distilled from? I cannot have grain alcohol.
Answer: It’s probably grain alcohol. Potato alcohol is unlikely. Even most vodkas are from grain in spite of what I used to believe to be a product of potatoes only. The powder and capsules contain myciliated brown rice. If gluten is an issue, then I think the rice is ok. In that case, think the powder/capsule might be ok for you. -

Question: Does this produce require refrigeration after opening?
Answer: This does not require refrigeration. -
Question: Is the alcohol in this formula overwhelming? I'm not very familiar with extract use. Thanks!
Answer: There’s maybe a total of one “shot” of 30-40% alcohol in the entire 60 serving bottle. If you’re super sensitive, you may ne affected. Personally, I take ten of the unique HD tinctures twicea day with no ill effect -

Answer: Stamets 7 is meant to support foundational immunity. MyCommunity provides more intense support ideal for people who are regularly exposed to illnesses, such as people in the medical field. You can take either daily.
