      Answer: the balls roll (very smoothly) and are spaced at a comfortable distance apart for feet and back. the finish is very smooth. r.l.
    • Question: What exactly can you effectively massage with this?

      Answer: I would say outside/lateral sides of calves of your legs. It requires a lot of pressure. I bought it for the back of my shoulders but it hurt more. Better to get a massage. I threw mine away.
