Answer: I don't know, I have never used them with Aviva -

Answer: The manufacturer claims the test results you get when using test strips past the expiration date might not be accurate. I have not found that to be true. I have tested with one old test strip and then with one from a freshly opened container and the results were the same. I use them beyond the expiration date, trying to use up the oldest ones first. -
