Question: I do not see any mention of the sizing? I do not know if I need the xl or the 2xl. I know my hip and waste measurements and a long crotch
Answer: I wear a 3X (24W) pant and the XL works for me. I found the larger sizes were too big. -

Answer: Overnight is thicker to absorb more. -
Question: My relative feels a spasm and then whoosh. Are these quick absorbing, or only meant to handle slow, continuous leaks?
Answer: Because has booter pads that are quick absorbing. I wear them with the pull-up and that seems to work for whooshes. -
Question: so I used tena's overnight but stopped bc of a chemical smell and really hold me up. Does this cover the butt area? plus the tena's costed too much
Answer: I prefer the Tena's and think they hold more, but my sister likes the Prevail better. I think it really depends on your own body size & shape as to which one fits better. Both cover the backside. Depending on the current sellers and the size, they can cost much the same. -
