    Works pretty well
    The largest ring is the best for me, but I found the optimum way to wear it is actually around the entire package so that it slings beneath the balls and over the base of your shaft. This is comfortable for my size and still restricts blood flow enough to increase sensation and hardness (your veins will pop out). May not be possible if you're larger, though. I've tried the medium sized ring around the shaft and while it did work, it was not nearly as comfortable and felt somewhat obtrusive during sex.
