Question: How large are the pills?
Answer: The tablets are large, but can be swallowed easily with half a glass of water. Once swallowed, you should get relief in six hours. -

Answer: Dried plums tract (prune necklace extract) 62.5 mg, Senna leaves 480 mg, Alexrandian senna pods 50 mg. Since it is all natural it can be taken every night to keep you regular. My doctor recommended it to me. No harsh chemicals. Very gentle and safe. Highly recommend it.
