Question: I play hocke, any thoughts on timing of using the GU? Before or during the game?
Answer: I have never used for this purpose but would probably follow the guidance for endurance events which is to take one 45 min to an hour in advance of the start of the activity. Then one every 30. Playing hockey myself, I would probably take one before and one during the game which would be sufficient. -
