    • Question: I didnt see "CarnoSyn" mentioned on the label anywhere (in the display pic) which could indicate that this is L-Alanine instead of Beta Alanine?

      Answer: CarnoSyn claims that they are the only company licensed by the NAI to sell beta alinine, but I don't think that that claim is accurate. Or rather, I don't think that CarnoSyn is the only company selling excellent quality beta alanine. The label says that this is 100% beta alanine and I would guess that it is just that, not L-alanine. This product feels like it is doing the job well.
    • Question: Is this product vegan? Or is it animal-based? How is it produced?

      Answer: I found this!! the most studied and effective patented form of beta-alanine, CarnoSyn, is “vegan-friendly” because it's derived entirely from plant material.May 6, 2020
    • Question: Does this come with a scoop?

      Answer: Negative. I use a 35 g scoop from another protein canister I had. I just use a little less than a full scoop as a full serving of this protein is 30 g.
    • Question: does this product contain any raw materials or ingreidients from china ?

      Answer: Yes, this product is manufactured in China and then tested by our third party tester before we will accept the product in to our facility.
    • Question: Does Beta Alanine make you gain weight?

      Answer: This supplement won't "make" you do anything. Beta Alanine is a pre-cursor to creatine. It helps more blood into your muscle. Over time, this will allow you to lift weights for slightly more reps. I would recommend trying this supplement along with a GOOD diet. If you're looking to gain weight, lift heavy, eat in a caloric surplus, and sleep well.
    • Question: This might sound like a stupid question.. how do you measure out 500mg? Does someone sell metric measuring spoons? Do I need a scientific scale?

      Answer: Hello, Not a stupid question at all! It's more common than you think. Now, in regards to your question we always recommend to your customers that when a product calls for the dosage to be taken in mg then we strongly recommend a mg scale for this since there is no true way to accurately measure our mg's in a teaspoon. Serving sizes will constantly vary according to a product's density. Just to give you an example of what that might convert into teaspoons: Spoon Size(level) milligrams 1/16 teaspoon 272mg 1/8 teaspoon 545mg 1/4 teaspoon 1091mg So we strongly recommend a mg scale.
    • Question: can this product be mixed with my pre workout creatine drink?

      Answer: yes! in fact i do it all the time! i just get a bit of Gatorade, Creatine (which i also got from bulk supplements funny enough), and beta alanine like 15 or 20 mins before my workout. just make sure you drink water during and after
    • Question: Is it possible to overdoes on this product?

      Answer: The clinical dosage is 1.6g a day to have the effects, but I personally take up to 7g a day, I am sure too much is not always good for you. Stay within the clinical studies of 1.6g-3.2g per serving 2x a day.
    • Question: I didnt see "CarnoSyn" printed on the bag. Is this L-Alanine or Beta Alanine?

      Answer: It is not CarnoSyn but it is Beta-alanine. I believe CarnoSyn is a specific type of Beta-Alanine that is supposed to stay in the bloodstream longer than regularly manufactured Beta-Alanine. However, this stuff worked just fine for me while taking it 2-3 times a day.

      Answer: Yes.

    Great for pre workout without the jitters
    This is probably the best pre workout I’ve taken. I don’t get the jitters, crash or the attitude problems that come along with other pre workout supplements. I don’t do caffeine so this is a great pick me up with out the shakes from caffeine and there’s no crash with it.

    It's hard to tell what is in a supplement, but this seems good to me. It is prone to clumping, and there are a few brown flecks in the powder.
