The Dixie PerfecTouch 12oz Insulated Paper Hot Cup contains no polystyrene foam and is insulated with air bubbles that give the exterior a soft, textured feel, helping keep hands comfortable to the touch and helping to eliminate the need for double-cupping or cup sleeves, which can help reduce waste and minimize overall cost. It is also a dual-purpose paper cup for hot and cold beverages; helps reduce storage constraints & simplifies ordering. The 12oz hot drink cups use large lids (D9542, D9542B, TP9542, TP9542B). Dixie PerfecTouch paper cups meet Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) certification standards. They’re also a USDA Certified Biobased product. These paper cups are recyclable in commercial recycling facilities. Such facilities may not exist in your area. Answer: Purchasing 500 total 12oz cups. Each 25 cups is sealed in a plastic sleeve which is great to keep them clean and organized if you store them. -

Question: This is almost April, 2020, do these cups still have leaking issues or has that been fixed?
Answer: I have been using these cups almost daily for several years and I have never had one leak. I use them for hot and cold beverages. One of the best products I have ever purchased. They get a 10 on my scale. -
Question: The cups are still too hot for children and elderly. Is there an insulating sleeve that will fit these cups?
Answer: I did not find a sleeve I did find however that if the liquid was hot enough to make the cup too hot for the children to hold it was way too hot for them to drink so I cooled off the liquid before putting it into the cup. This cup provides pretty good insulation unless the liquid added is extremely hot. -
