    Durable and lightweight, this exclusive 8' long Silver Spring Multi-Fold Wheelchair ramp can accommodate up to 600 lbs. with rises up to 16" high. Compatible with all styles of wheelchairs, power chairs, and scooters currently on the market, this ramp is a safe and efficient way to navigate over daily obstacles, and provides a hassle-free way to enter and exit vehicles. Its unique multi-folding design allows the Silver Spring Aluminum Wheelchair Ramp to fold down to 1/4 of its usable size. Once folded, simply pull the safety release pin– the ramp will split into two feather-light sections, each with its own comfortable carrying handle. Included Velcro latches ensure the wheelchair ramps don't unfold when they're not needed.

    • Question: Can this ramp be left outside rain or snow?

      Answer: i believe it could be it is all aluminium construction.
    • Question: I ordered the wrong length. Is there another part I can use to extend it?

      Answer: Not that I’m aware of, but I think they are available in different sizes to order
    • Question: Is this product osha approved?

      Answer: I jump on mine all the time,and i am 300lbs.
    • Question: i have a solak portable scooter. will this work in my suv?

      Answer: It should. Is your scooter a 3 or 4 wheeler?
    • Question: How do you clean the non-skid covering on the ramp ?

      Answer: I just used my power washer. It cleaned it very well but took off some of the grit. In the future I think I will use a scrub brush and detergent. I wouldn't recommend power washing.
    • Question: will this ramp work for a 1.5 to 2 inch rise?

      Answer: Yes. I use it to walk my elderly mother up a two step ride—that is a little steep. 1-2 inches would be fine.

    Extremely Pleased!
    The ramp is used to get my 98 year old mother out of the home and to doctor appointments, etc. It works very well. You do need to wear gloves because it's made of aluminum and is a little heavy. My sister and l set it up when needed. The ramp is well made. It arrived in 2 days just in time for appointment.

    It held up for using
    Was a little smaller than what I thought, only covered 2 1/2 steps not as easy to use as I would expect so we made so with it for the time we used it.

    It is a well made unit.

    Heavy and shart edges
    The ramp works as advertised, however it is very heavy and has very sharp edges. I will be taking a file to all the edges to soften them. Until then, I wear gloves when handling the ramp.
