Customer Questions & Answers
-
Question: How many inches across does the opening measure where you put the stocking on and also what this the height from bottom to top of handles?
Answer: The horseshoe-shaped part is 5 1/2" across at the top, and the whole apparatus stands 18" tall (It slants back, so the overall length is a bit over 18"). -
Question: Would this work for someone with a 24" calf?
Answer: I don't think so. The opening is only 6'' wide. My calf is 17.5'' and I have plenty of room, but I think 24'' may be difficult. Sorry. Good luck. -
Question: I have a 23 inch calf will my leg fit in the donner?
Answer: My calf is 18" and there is room to spare. It is a half- circle, so your leg really doesn't go into it, so to speak. I love this thing- putting on my compression thigh highs is no longer a ten minute ordeal every morning! Good luck, my friend! -
Question: How tall does this stand?
Answer: 18inch -
Question: I have 16 inch calf and 9 inch Ankle . what size donner will I need. it appears that the regular and tall will work?
Answer: If you're using the donner for compression type socks I would use the regular one. If not what ever you feel comfortable with. -

Question: I lack strenght/grip to pull compression socks over my heels. Would I need a donner & gloves? Define please
Answer: Do you start by putting your hand into the hose and folding the leg of the sock over the heel of your hand? Put your foot in the opening and ease the hose around your heel. Then you can work the leg of the sock up your calf without having to pull too hard. There are videos that show how to do this. -
Question: Does this work with thigh high compression socks?
Answer: Yes, it is made for thigh high compression socks and stockings.
