Answer: I used it for motion sickness with my son but not internally. I applied it mixed with fraccionated coconut oil on his tummy and apply peppermint on temples and the results were amazing. -

Answer: I love this product!! I don't have much reflux, but it calms the stomach....so I bet it would be great. I use it almost daily....after eating onions and peppers, and spices. It calms things down immediately. -

Answer: Good question. Sometimes I take two before a large spicy meal like pepperoni pizza. Sometimes I wake up at 2 am with reflux because I forgot to take them so that is when I take two. Generally speaking I'd suggest taking them with the meal that causes your symptoms. -

Question: Why do these all say to soothe dry, scratchy throats? can you please put real benefits for each?
Answer: I use doTERRA DigestZen for mild stomach upset, in place of Tums or Pepto. Works well for minor stomach issues. As for the dry and scratchy throats, I'm not quite sure. Possibly you are referring to another doTERRA blend? doTERRA also has a seasonal blend for allergies, which will ease scratchy throat.
