Answer: You should check with the manufacturer they should be able to help you with a replacement charger -
Question: how do i know if its charging correctly?
Answer: You push the Point down into the base and twist it around until the contacts line up and the light on the charger will start flashing green and red to let you know it’s charging. When it’s fully charged the light will glow steady green. It takes 4 hours to fully charge and that yields 1 hour of run time. The Point is USB rechargeable and surprisingly, an outlet adapter is included for when you don’t want to charge it through your computer. -

Answer: No there is no remote. It has different settings as you push on it. I like it and I'm picky. -
