Answer: It is mixed with a fiber supplement. -

Answer: Sorry I'm not sure I stopped using it. The 1st recipe and bottles looked different and worked great, but they changed it up and this formula did not work at all for me. -
Question: What is in it?
Answer: Now I'm not sure. The company made a change in the formulation of this product along with a new look on the label. I used the original formula for 12 years with great results. The new formulation only causes pain, gas, bloating and other horrific results. Switched to Swiss Kriss with excellent results. Hope this helps !!!
