      Answer: So there are no marking on it to say where it is made but I had it now for 2 years and no problems with it. The box is long gone. I would say get it can't go wrong.

    Decent cutter, but not exceptional
    The Vertigo Victory V-Cut Cutter is decent, but it didn't wow me. The V-cut it produces is fine, but I've used other cutters that give a cleaner cut. It gets the job done, but I expected more.

    Solid construction
    I've been using this cutter for a while now and it has held up well. The blades are sharp and the V-cut is consistent. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is because the grip is a bit slippery.

    Nice compact design
    I like how compact and portable this cutter is. It easily fits in my pocket and the V-cut it produces is clean. The only minor downside is that it can be a bit tricky to clean.
