    Feel like it’s helping relive cold hands & feet
    Read about how important B vitamins are and was hoping this could help with cold hands & feet. Not sure if I have an under active thyroid but this seems to help my circulation a little. I also feel like I have more energy.

    Works well if you get a crash from b complex
    My husband doesn't process vitamin B well. This methylated kind doesn't give him a crash. Great product.
