Answer: You get 10 to a pack and they really help with the pain. -
Question: Does it help arthritic hands?
Answer: I have only used it for my lower back and hips and it works. I felt better after using it and it does not have a strong smell to it. I am sure it will be fine for arthritic hands as well. -

Answer: It smells a little like peppermint, but isn't too strong. The smell does remain on your skin for about 12 hours. -

Answer: No, doTERRA Deep Blue Rub does not contain soy. -
Question: How long does one application last
Answer: It just takes the pain away, my pains never came back until the next day or so. It a topical pain reliever, more effective than an over the counter ‘muscle rub’. It’s an ‘as needed rub’. It works well, I like it a lot. -

Answer: This is .068 fl oz per packet. Not much, but it goes a long way - doesn't take much at all to cover a large area.
