    Awesome Prenatal!
    I love these! I have taken them for at least a few years, I spent time trying to get pregnant and eventually was pregnant with triplets, who I have then spent time breastfeeding. These prenatals are wonderful, they do make me nauseous if taken on an empty tummy, but I just take one with each meal or, if I've forgotten, with a granola bar or other small amount, and I don't have a problem. I was able to carry my triplets to 34 weeks and I would give these at least part of the credit!

    I feel that my body can handle the nutrients better when I split it up
    A lot of my friends talk about how nauseous they get when they take their prenatal vitamins. This one hasn't make me sick yet. I take 1 after breakfast and 2 after lunch. I feel that my body can handle the nutrients better when I split it up. I would absolutely recommend this product!

    Palatable pre-natals
    I have been using this product for 2 years. They are easy to take compared to some other vitamins that I have tried. They do not leave a bad after taste. I do take them with a meal, though. They were recommended to me by my naturopath.

    Highly recommended vitamins
    Great vitamins and highly recommended by both my naturopathic doctor and my chiropractor. When you first start taking them, you need to take them with food to avoid upsetting your stomach. I found after several months of taking them that they also improved my hair and nails as a side benefit!
