    • Question: How many domes are in the package? Why doesn't it say that somewhere?

      Answer: there are 8 domes in packag
    • Question: What is the size of the opening that attaches to the hearing aid? I need a 2.3mm size to fit over and attach properly.

      Answer: I am using a small Phonek open smokey dome. My hearing aid receiver end (ric) measures approximately 3/32" which converted is 2.3813mm. I am able to insert my receiver end into the throat of the Phonek dome using moderate pressure to stretch the dome opening so it attaches securely. Hope this helps you.
    • Question: How do i change the dome of the hearing aid

      Answer: Gently pull/peel the old one off your tube/wire. Sometimes they can be a little difficult. The new one is a push onto the tube/wire. Hope this helps. If it is too difficult I would let your hearing specialist show you how.
    • Question: how do you know what size to get?

      Answer: Any place that sells hearing aids should be able to tell you what size you are wearing.
    • Question: Does anyone know if this will fit Phonak Marvel and/or Paradise behind the ear hearing aids?

      Answer: This will not work for marvel and paradise. that is the 4.0 generation
    • Question: What is the width of these at their widest point in mm?

      Answer: About 4mm at the widest point.
    • Question: Can we use them with phonak naida b30/50/70 up behind the ear type?

      Answer: I don't know about your specific model, I believe this style will work with most Phonak behind the ear styles. Your might want to check with your hearing specialist to confirm and get the exact size you will need. Hope this helps.
    • Question: Can you please tell me what these are made from? They irritate my ears terribly. The black ones that were on them originally didnt bother me.

      Answer: Not sure, fells like a soft silicone or rubbery like substance.

    Good product exactly what was described. I still couldn't use them. They are small but I needed an even smaller one. I have tiny ears.

    Jut What I Needed
    Product arrived on time was nicely packaged and was exactly as described. I have not started using them as I had one left from a previous purchase. However it looks identical and I have every confidence it will perform as expected.

    Phonak Domes
    This is a good one but the holes on the sides sometimes make it dull the sound.
