Question: Can this product be used to clean your ears or is it strictly for cleaning hearing aids?
Answer: I was under the assumption it was for cleaning actual ears, not hearing aids. Warning on pkg states do not attempt to clean ears, so therefore I haven’t. -
Question: Will this work on Beltone amaze hear aids
Answer: Yes it should work on any hearing aids. -
Question: Does this both intake air and blow air? do you think it will clean the small microphones holes found on an 'in the canal hearing aid?

Question: will this vacuum and cleaner work on opticon hearing aid?
Answer: I use this and it works. I vacuum the three tine holes on the unit that goes over each ear, and also use it on the small plastic unit that goes in each ear because there are tiny holes in it as well. I have also been able to use it clean the filter that goes in the ear piece. -
Question: How do you get more tips
Answer: I don't know personally, but the Serene Innovations people are really nice and competent; I'm sure you can contact them and get information on the best, fastest way to get replacement parts. -
Question: How much vacuum? What is the rating?
Answer: I don't knw the rating, but there is not much vacuum. -
Question: Can this be use for the behind the ear hearing aide?
Answer: Yes it can. Serene Innovations hearing vacuum cleaner is designed to remove earwax buildup in the Earpiece for behind the ear hearing aids. -
Question: Will this product work for in ear monitors like JH Audio?
Answer: I don't know about ear monitors but it doesn't work for totally in the canal hearing aids. -
Question: Is it safe to use on eargo neo hifi?
Answer: I've never heard of anything called "eargo neo hifi" but I'm sure the HC-200 is safe to use. It's a very-low-suction device. I think you would have to do something really weird to cause damage with the 200.
