I’ve heard Garcinia has done wonders for others but it did not work for me. Maybe this dose is too high for me. It made me feel lightheaded and weak. I don’t suffer from migraines but this product caused them each time after I tried it. My tummy also felt full and I lost appetite to an extreme. Please be careful and make sure you do your research or consult a doctor. I went to an endocrinologist and also got a general check up. Based on my symptoms I have been suffering from insulin resistance which makes it harder for me to burn fat. I am slim but I have stubburn belly fat. What is working for me now it’s natural supplements like digestive enzymes, probiotics, berverine, choline, inositol, and inulin fiber. I also take a liquid multivitamin, D3+k2, omega 3 and a liquid B complex for energy. Along with regular cardio, eating nourishing meals (no processed foods, no table salt, no refined sugar) and reducing carbs (not eliminating) just reducing them. I only carb up when I need fuel for activities that require more energy. I use sea salt for cooking, brown sugar or agave instead of white sugar. I do intermittent fasting on the weekends along with some fruit, nuts & seeds, light meals, infusions or juice. Always do your research and learn how to listen to your body. Don’t starve yourself if you’re hungry. If you suffer from anxious eating ask yourself “how hungry am I from 0 to 10?” and make sure you are nourishing your body daily. Hope this helps anyone :-)

Great product

I prefer this brand because it combines coconut oil which helps the body absorb HCA. They're very easy to swallow without an aftertaste. I have taken this 20-30 minutes before I eat and I've felt fuller and less hungry throughout the day. I've taken this with White Kidney Bean supplements and I used a Keto meter to see how much carbs I absorbed after a carb heavy meal. Surprisingly, my ketones were very low. I took Garcinia Cambogia without a White Kidney Bean supplement and used a Keto meter to see how much carbs I absorbed. My ketones were high. To take this supplement alone isn't as beneficial, however taking this with a White Kidney Bean supplement will definitely make a huge difference in carb blocking and a decrease in appetite.

It helped me so much. I have the strength to keep my diet much easier.
