    • Question: What is the pH of the baby wash and shampoo product?

      Answer: No idea but it totally dries out both my skin and the baby's skin. It's not the amazing stuff the adult Cerave hydrating cleanser is. I actually use Burt's Bee's moisturizing shampoo and body wash instead for the baby.
    • Question: Does the baby wash suds up or is it more of a cream cleanser?

      Answer: It only suds up a little - but it's not heavy like a cream cleaner.
    • Question: What is the scent?

      Answer: It doesn’t have a scent, which almost makes it smell not super great, but for those sensitive to fragrances (like my son and myself), it’s a blessing!
    • Question: Most of the reviews seem to be for a moisturizer. Is that how people are using this wash?

      Answer: No it's a body and hair wash. It does moisturizer too.
    • Question: Can an adult use this shampoo?

      Answer: I should add that, while I love it, it takes a lot of shampoo to get any suds. So I only recommend it for very short hair.
    • Question: Has anyone used this on cloth wipes?

      Answer: Hi there! You can apply CeraVe Baby Wash & Shampoo with your hand or washcloth and then gently lather and rinse. We hope this is helpful!

      Answer: Hi Jerome! Thank you so much for your interest in our Baby Wash & Shampoo. Please follow the directions below: Wet skin with lukewarm water. Massage baby wash into skin in a gentle, circular motion. Rinse. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly.
    • Question: Why does bottle say “new” when this product has been out for years?? FDA only allows products to say new for 6 months so are these fake!?

    Best product for my kids
    I have 2 babies that I use this on. My son has more of the azema skin as to my daughter more dry. This product works VERY well for both my babies getting ready to purchase 2 more ☺️

    The Cera Ve brand has been good for our daughter with eczema so it’s nice to have a body wash by the same brand!

    Bad quality product and also the container lid is not user friendly abs does not open properly like the one you bug from stores

    Have they changed the recipe?
    I was really excited about the option to buy a large version of this. Mine also came without any seals, but I couldn’t remember if that was normal or not when I’d purchased the lotion in the past . I count on this moisturizer twice a day to soothe my face since I’m prone to excess oil from super dry skin and fungal acne. Since using this particular batch I’ve just had one breakout after another. My whole face has been affected which is very out of the norm for me (I usually just get some angry patches here or there), and bumps have been very persistent, fluffy, red, and prone to hyperpigmentation once they start to calm down weeks later. I can’t be 100% sure that this is causing the breakouts but it seems incredibly likely since the only major change I can think of is switching from buying the smaller containers (and seeing no issues) to buying the larger ones offered by this seller. 3 stars I guess since the lotion is very moisturizing and fragrance free. I’m still trying to decide whether I should just use this as a body lotion or just get rid of it :/

    My baby sucks her hands creating a rash on her wrists I use this at night and can always see the difference in the morning. The solution to her hand sucking, is teething hand mittens. But she’d rather suck on her warm skin, so I have to keep this cream handy
