    • Question: is this ball soft?

      Answer: Yes. It is designed to be stood on and "melt" under your weight while providing enough resistance to massage your facia. It has a firm but pliable consistency. Think of it as a tiny therapy ball.
    • Question: I have read comments that the balls are the same size, is it the smaller one or the bigger one (based on picture)?

      Answer: They are the same size.
    • Question: What is the diameter of these balls, please? Thanks

      Answer: Diameter is about 1.5 to 2.0 inches.
    • Question: Do you (or any other company for that matter) make a ball this size but firmer?

      Answer: RAD sells a 3-ball set (green, blue, & black) with one 1.5" ball that is a lot firmer than this one.
    • Question: Where are these made? What country?

      Answer: not sure what country they are from but they are rubber
    • Question: Can you put these in the freezer?

      Answer: I didn’t, and wouldn’t want to take the chance they crack ! So personally NO
    • Question: Do these have a valve to adjust the air pressure/inflation? Or are they permanently sealed?

      Answer: Permanently sealed. They have maintained their air level but they are still too soft for wwhat I wanted to use them for which was for massage.
    • Question: Are these really comparable to the melt method balls as far as pliability?

      Answer: I have the Original Melt balls, and the larger SOFT balls are almost identical to these. Now, the other balls that come with the "Melt" kit ,you have to purchase, through their website, but this size soft ball is the most used, and I started out to try these to see if I wanted to invest further in this awesome program.
    • Question: Latex free?

      Answer: They are vinyl (assuming latex free). They're not very sturdy though. Was hoping they'd be similar to the MELT balls I used during physical therapy

    Harder than anticipated
    I was trying to find softer balls, like used in MELT therapy fascia techniques. These are definitely harder. They have more give than a tennis ball. But not a substitute for Melt balls, or anything squishy. Also note: they are not returnable.

    Perfect size for my feet!
    My Pilates instructor wants me to work on my feet with a pinky ball and the “normal” size is too big for me to grip and pick up with my toes. This size works!

    High quality SOFT massage balls
    These balls are just the right size and softness for self-massage techniques. Easy to pack for the office or travel. I use them for hand and foot treatments as well as facial, neck, and forearm massage.
