I'm taking 1/4 tsp 3x a day. Experiencing some nasal stuffiness and dry lips. Appetite is *IN CHECK.* It's not pleasant but it's worth it-I can't stand this additional 15-20# since being ill. *Nothing that used to work does anymore.* I think that's because any willpower has been completely replaced by fatigue . . . the kind of fatigue that is too tired to care but inside I Care Very Much. I like the idea of a powder because I can choose exactly how much or little I'm using. People get a misconception of what this product does, it is not a magic bullet to lose weight...nothing is short of dangerous drugs. What it does do is take the edge off of hunger pangs, you still have to eat right, you still have to have self-control, which you should be doing to maintain health anyway. This will help you as you develop your self-control till healthy eating and exercise becomes your new habit. I said "help" not do all the heavy lifting, that's still your job.

The media could not be loaded.  The day before this arrived, I took a different Garcinia Cambogia supplement that did nothing, so I wasn't expecting this to work. When I first tried this, I thought that maybe it was my coffee or ADD meds suppressing my appetite, so after I took this in the evening, I had some of my medical MJ. I HAD NO MUNCHIES! That's when I knew this was working. I smiled at the bag and thanked my new friend, Garcinia, for watching my appetite with me. Now, Garcinia doesn't taste like cotton candy or vanilla bean ice cream. The powder doesn't have glitter or Marvel characters or sprinkles. This isn't supposed to taste good. It doesn't taste bad though. If you get stomach cramps, it could be because you're not eating enough and you're digesting your own stomach acid. This amazing supplement from Bulk helps tremendously, however you need to be an active participant in your health too. Learn your body, make a food plan, an exercise plan, set some goals, get consistent with everything. Would I get this again? I already have. I listed a few steps that helped me. 1. I add the powder to a little jar with water and shake it. Dissolves fast. 2. I drink this first thing am and before meals and/or when I think I will get munchies. 3. It's been 2 weeks and it's great! 4. Just ordered more even though 1st bag has plenty.

I just used this powder for the first time, since I have been reading the reviews and some say it has a sour taste and does not dissolve, I have found like some other reviewers that say there is no taste and does dissolve immediately in liquid ! I hope it works because I have no more sweets in the house !!!!!!
