Question: I keept pressing the person icon but won't change from rectal. I want to do oral temp .please help
Answer: Rectal doesn’t change to oral setting. It’s only for rectal use. You need an oral thermometer for that setting -
Question: Does this come with the regular probe plus the interchangeable rectal probe?
Answer: No. It only comes with one probe depending on what you order. The options are oral or rectal.
