Question: Can I raise the heightb with additional parts?
Answer: I can’t see a way to add parts to the chair legs. -
Question: Is there any way to order replacement parts for this chair? If a caster breaks, the expensive, critical chair becomes useless.
Answer: Ours was delivered with a broken locking knob and a missing seat belt. It took weeks of correspondence before they agreed to send the parts. I guess it depends on the level of quality training the agent receives. Details in my coming review.
