    • Question: Is there a quad or other self standing tip that fits the Nova 1080BK heavy duty cane?

      Answer: We use this cane tip -- "Big Foot" in our house -- on a very conventional metal cane whose diameter fell within its specs. It works well. I'd note that it likely is not quite as stable when standing on all surfaces as those four-metal-prongs doo-hickeys, but it's great on a reasonably flat surface. And it's great when walking.
    • Question: Does this fit the hurricane?

    • Question: Do they have any tip that's smaller than the all-terrain cane tip, which looks huge?

      Answer: It is about four inches across. I find that the tip is essential for stability and standing upright on its own. It does not seem huge, only necessary. I am very happy with my cane.
    • Question: How do i change the tip of this cane?

      Answer: I was very dissatisfied with this particular tip. The metal tip of my cane broke through the bottom and one of the feet split. So I used a utility knife to cut the tip off. There is a tip that I now use that is completely flat but has two sort of 'feet' in front and one behind. It is stable and lighter. I am much more satisfied with it.
    • Question: So if i ordered the cane twice... and you couldn’t sent the correct one - why should i now be out the price of this cane tip that i have no use for⁉️

      Answer: his sounds more like a customer dispute than a request for feedback from other customers.

      Answer: It is about 4”x4”. It is the best tip on a cane that I’ve ever used (and I’ve used several). I highly recommend this one. Good luck to you.

      Answer: Yes. The tip fits all canes with a 3/4-inch diameter lower shaft.

    Sturdy, durable, not flimsy
    Repeat purchaser. The small one is big enough to support me in beach sand. Rugged, durable. Makes the cane desirable to others, but maybe I just forget where I left them.

    Perfect Fit

    Makes the Nova Sugarcane like new.
    The new tip went on pretty easily and the cane looks like new. By standing on the rubber tip and twisting left, the old one came off fairly quickly. Putting the new on on was also quite easy reversing the process, after cleaning the metal end of the cane first with a wet wipe.

    Very heavy
    This item is very heavy. Good and solid but it does tend to fall over when you stand it up by itself if it is not on solid ground. It works well to walk with but it is heavy. People with little strength in arms will find it heavy to move. At least that's my opinion. It is hard to get on the base of the cane. Hard to make sure it is all of the way into the foot. It is also hard to twist if you like things straight with your cane after once installed. I think I would recommend a lighter base. Very hard and sturdy. Will withstand all types of terrain inside and out. Hard to move on carpet if you don't pick it up all of the way.

    Liked the Stand Alone Ability
    Recently used while traveling and found it handy when sitting and placing the cane close by as there's often no place to hang one!
