    • Question: Does the price include the charging base?

      Answer: The unit is battery operated with replaceable batteries. There is no charger needed.
    • Question: Purchased new braun battery operated toothbrush but cannot get it to work even with new batteries. What am I doing wrong.

      Answer: If you are SURE the battery's are installed correctly + & - and are NEW and it still does not work it is a defective brush and needs to be replaced.
    • Question: Does it have a two minute timer?

      Answer: The pictured device does have a timer (it says so on the handle). 2 minutes is probably right.
    • Question: How do you turn this toothbrush on? I can't get it to work.

      Answer: Push the sealed button on the side near the top of the body. Push again to turn off. Remember to put batteries in properly, too, or it won't work.
    • Question: is this small enough for a kid or a person with a small mouth?

      Answer: Yes, but depends on what age for kid - 10 yrs and above.
    • Question: Is there a travel case for this?

      Answer: Not to my knowledge.
    • Question: Does the head rotate? Or just move from side to side?

      Answer: rotates slighty
    • Question: Does this plug into the wall for recharging?

      Answer: No. It runs on batteries. They do make a rechargeable one, too.

    This is my 2nd purchase, first one lasted 5 years, only positive results.

    Kaput after 7 months.
    This one's motor died after 7 months, while the previous one I purchased in 2016 lasted 6 years and still working.

    Great and simple toothbrush
    No bells and whistles on this model. That's what makes it great. No different spends. No annoying beep and no pausing after a certain time frame. It just brushes your teeth well.

    Like the product
    I really liked the toothbrush. My teeth actually feel very clean after using it; major difference noted from my regular toothbrush. Will definitely buy again.

    Work well relatively cost effective
    Purchased a second time time. By the way replacement brushes are available. With new heads and batteries along the way the last set lasted 4 years

    Great product
    I’ve had it less than a week so I can’t comment on battery life or travel but it works very well and it was a great price.
