      Answer: I would call their customer service or ask your pharmacist. Sometimes lables are misleading if unable to understand what it is stating, I speak from experience. I check with mine since I have sp many gut issues.

    It’s helpful if you have bowel issues
    I’ve tried many different products until I found these product to help my stomach, especially when I eat items with cheese. I take one at night and next day after I drink my coffee, half hour later I’m ready to use the bathroom. So far these is the product that helps with bloating, gases, and bowel movement.

    Really helps!
    I’ve tried other Probiotics, with no relief whatsoever! The former ones did nothing to help my gut. I swear by this one. It helps to keep me regular and it additionally helps with eliminating gas. I recommend that people try this product.

    I enjoy this product. i have been taking it since 2012 and it works, back in 2014 and 2015 i had a serious deadle intestional infection in my intestines its abbravation is called C deffile a very deadly intstional infection, but when i had CDefille back in 2018 my symptoms were not as severs as they were back in 2014/2015, it was mild and i was not as sick, i credit this to this probiotic i have been taking it since 2012, the longer you take it the better it helps your gut, i like it better then most products cause its gluten free and no sugar added, all i know it works and i keep on taking it for 12 years after my surgen reccommended it to me, and It has managed to help keep my gut protected ,but thats my opion you need to try it but remember its is not a substution for when your symptons are real bad ,you may still need a doctor for any serious condition, this helps in certain ways but notning is a substitution for a doctor when you need one,,,
