      Answer: I do not put mine in the fridge. It is pretty thick at room temperature. Body heat thins it somewhat. It may be very thick if it were cold.

      Answer: It’s never been gritty. When you first open the tube it can be very thick. I squeeze the tube to soften it up.

      Answer: I also ordered ointment from this same seller and it was gritty. I contacted the manufacturer and they more than took care of it. Calmoseptine has amazing customer service.

      Answer: Diaper wipes take it off all skin really well, including hands. You might try a wipe on clothes, but it would have to be pretty soon after getting it in your clothes.

      Answer: I’ve been using this consistently since I saw them at a medical conference in 2009. This is the best topical for All of what you are asking. This is all I carry with me for all my cuts, burns, blisters, ect

      Answer: I don’t know if this is safe. Contact your physician that placed the G tube before using any product on this site. I use it per my physician’s instructions.

      Answer: I have not used it for hives but I think it would be. It’s wonderful - spread it on, it cools and stops the itch, then starts healing it.

    Excellent product
    Used by an inpatient facility where my father-in-law was. If the professionals use it, then it is certainly good enough for my grandbabies. It's really good for irritation. Highly recommended.

    Protective skin cream
    Protects skin that gets a lot of moisture. Helps irritated skin to heal. It adheres to the skin well.

    This stuff is great for cuts and scrapes burns mosquito bites, poison ivy. It is now port of my first aid kit
