Another is the Omni-Odor Guard, a dual-action system that helps prevent odors before they start. The liner has a cloth-like outer fabric for added comfort. There is a full length adhesive strip to keep pad securely in place. The Pant Liner is worn inside underwear for maximum leakage protection with a discreet and comfortable fit. FSA-eligible.

    Very pleased with this product.
    I use this product for night time incontinence. I slide it into a pair of disposable underwear and it stays put using or not using the adhesive. I loved that it was shipped in 6 pks. In one box. The box was quite heavy but it was easy to take each pack of 16 out individually.

    Very absorbant and works.
    I purchased this for my sister. It really workd well and we save on having to buy diapers. It holds alot and she only has to throw away the liner. The prevail covers the entire diaper front to back. Much better than what we use before that we had to throw out both the liner and diaper.

    Highly absorbent
    I put this diaper at night on my mother under another one. It absorbs all the urine without soiling the bed.
