    • Question: Is the serrated part for cutting the cigar tip?

      Answer: No. This part of the tool is the scraper. It is used to clean out resin build-up in the bowl.
    • Question: What are the dimensions of the tamper's head (would it fit in the oven of a Pax 2)?

      Answer: The head of the tamping tool is a hair shy of 1/2 inch
    • Question: After several uses I noticed the finish on the outside of the bowl got very sticky as of the finish was melting. Did anyone else have this problem?

      Answer: I have not had that happen with regular use.
    • Question: What is the diameter of the tamper end, I want to use it for my vape?

      Answer: It is not perfectly round. It varies from 7/16 to 1/2 inches.
    • Question: Does anyone know where this is made?

      Answer: I don't actually know but from the price I really have to say China. That said, it is rather well made. Some people have complained about the tamper-ends coming off but I have not had that problem and I do strain them considerably. The fit of the various pieces is quite good and the only (small) fault that I have with finish is that the metal parts of the scales are rather squared off rather than beveled or rounded smoothly. Not a complaint, doesn't bother me; but an observation. YMMV.

    Definitely get your monies worth with this purchase. Great for a beginner like myself or even a gift. Can't go wrong. And if someone complains about it, they are being ungrateful.
