Answer: The gelatin used in this product is derived from pork. -

Answer: I think they taste good. But that's my opinion, so you might not. They're not sickly sweet like some of them can be. -

Answer: The one shown here does have citric acid and the one I just purchased does too but it also contains Xylitol and I don't know what the health consequences of that are for humans but Xylitol for dogs and cats is fatal. -
