    It works!
    This thing works great if you use it along with a conductive ring to put around your you know what. If you plug the black lead into the anal plug and the red lead into a conductive ring you will get much better feelings than just plugging both leads into the anal plug. Intense to say the least.

    Smaller than it looks
    I was hoping for some prostate e-stim bit this didn't reach. Once it was in I could forget it was there, so I guess it's good if you're a small or clench-y person. Still, It can give a good PC muscle workout with the right controller setting. My only notes would be to have super-flexible, or right-angle connectors so one can use tis in a sitting position without fear of breaking them.
