    The neck is too short to be worn comfortably for any length of time
    Needs a longer neck and a little stiffer base. The neck is too short to be worn comfortably for any length of time. If it was a little longer, this design would actually be quite comfortable. The way it is, it feels like it is always putting pressure on the inner ring, and always feels like it wants to come back out. If the neck were longer, it would seat firmly inside the inner muscle ring and would feel much better wearing for long periods of time.

    I love these now I have the three smaller sizes and love them. I do agree the neck could be a touch longer and wider but all in all great product.
