Question: What are the ingredients?
Answer: Clary Sage, Jasmine, Fennel, Lavender, Yarrow and Sweet Marjoram. This is the answer I got when I emailed their customer service at [email protected]. They responded the same say with my question about ingredients. -
Question: How do you f'n use this? There are no instructions.
Answer: I add 30 drops to a 10ml roller bottle and fill rest of bottle with a carrier oil. I use grapeseed, but you can use any carrier oil. I rub on my abdomen few days before cycle and then during the cycle I rub on 2-3 times a day. As long as I rub on before cycle, I don't have to take any pills. I've been using this for 2 years now and only had to take pills maybe 3 times. This stuff works! I used to take Aleve ALL the time. -
Question: Do you have to use a carrier oil with this or can you apply it topically alone?
