Question: Do i use this straight from the bottle or do i have to mix it with a carrier oil?
Answer: It's best to mix any oil with a carrier oil, coconut, olive, grape seed...and this oil is pretty potent. -
Question: Can this be used in the diffuser? What's the best way to use this oil to relieve a headache?
Answer: It can be used in a diffuser but I also use it topically. I blend it with a carrier oil ( I use coconut oil ) and apply it on my forehead and temples and the back of my neck. I hope this helps! -
Question: What are the ingreedence in this blend ?
Answer: lavender, peppermint, wintergreen, basil, frankincense, rosemary, sweet marjoram, and sweet orange oils. -
Question: Is this already mixed with a Carrier oil or is it just a blend of the essential oils listed?
Answer: No it is not mixed with a carrier oil , but I do use it straight -
Question: How much should I apply? Does it come with a dropper?
Answer: It does not come with a dropper. It is relatively strong so you can mix it with a carrier oil, or if you’re like me and it’s for Migraines, I put it straight on, just one or two drops on my forehead and temples. -
Question: Does anyone know what oils are in the blend?
Answer: Lavender, peppermint,wintergreen, basil, frankincense, rosemary,sweet marjoram and sweet orange. This is good blend of oils and it helps relieve headaches. Either use a dab on temples and base of neck or in difusser. -
Question: What are the directions?
Answer: You can use the product in a diffuser, which is my preferred method, or you can place 1-2 drops in your hand and gently massage your temples. You can also us the same method and rub your feet with the oil as well. You can also place some drops in your hand and smell the oil.
