Question: I have researched that a good probiotic has to have at least 9+ strains. You only listed four. Can you comment on this. Thank you
Answer: We do not currently have a product with more strains, because we decided to focus on the four strains that make the biggest impact. Most products in the market have 3-4 strains that make 95-99% of the product and then just fill the rest with lots of other strains. We focused on the most important strains and developed our product with a technology that offers 2 layers of protection that significantly reduce the degradation of the probiotics by the acid. Our labs studies have demonstrated that our technology increases the survivability 287x on average compared to other products in the market. The capsule provides a first layer of protection but is very quickly dissolved. When the capsule breaks, some water penetrates into the interior of the capsule and through a polymerization creates a "secondary" impenetrable capsule that creates a protection from the stomach acids. This makes our product significantly more effective than most other products in the market that might have more strains, most of them very ineffective anyway, and with most of them dying before they arrive to the gastrointestinal tract. -
Question: Is it considered to be dairy free?
Answer: It's dairy free but there are side effects for about 4 weeks. There's gas and some bloating. They explain this on the label. These are normal side effects. They mean it's working to get rid of toxins. The side effects diminish the longer you take them. I just ordered my 2nd bottle. I know it's worked for me. -

Answer: Probiotics are a type of live culture, but live cultures are not always probiotic. The World Health Organization recognizes probiotics as 'live microorganisms which when administered in adequate amounts confer a health benefit on the host.' Live cultures only fulfill the first part of this statement; that is the 'live microorganisms' part. Live cultures are microbes associated with foods, often as food fermentation agents. Many of these have not been directly tested for health benefits. Probiotics are live microbes that have been shown to have a health effect. When a particular strain of a microorganism undergoes human clinical trials and shows to be of benefit to the human host, only then is it classified as a probiotic. If bacteria are dried and stabilized properly, such as in our Probiotics, they remain alive (although dormant) and start to grow again after they reach the moist environment inside your body. -

But while our product only contains vegan components it is important to know that usually the lactobacillus is grown on a dairy medium, but the dairy is removed in processing. Question: How do the strains stay living without being refrigerated? Are they freeze dried?

Many years ago, it was commonly understood the probiotics needed to be refrigerated or there was a good chance that the bacteria would die off. During the last few years, technology has been developed that allows the probiotics to be stable at room temperature. We recommend to keep them in a cold dry place.
