    it works amazing in some individuals
    Lysine is somewhat researched for preventing cold sores. The short story is, it works amazing in some individuals, and doesn't work in others. Anytime I start feeling one coming on, I take 6 tablets/day and it definitely seems to help support my immune system. Cons are how many pills you have to take, seems like they should be able to put the daily dose into one pill. Overall, I use it during cold/flu season and before cold sore outbreaks and it works well for me

    The per serving size is 3 tablets which means each table is only 500 mg.

    Easy to swallow
    I have taken lysine for years to help immune system. These are the best easy to swallow coated caplets. A lot of lysine pills are big and not coated and I couldn't take them. These are great.
