Question: how big is the pill? i have trouble swallowing over a certain size
Answer: It's not big at all (maybe the size of a green pea). I'm the same way with taking pills. Plus, it's a soft gel which makes it even easier to swallow. Hope this helps. -
Question: I have bald spots, can I break the capsules and massage the oil on my scalp?
Answer: I am not an expert but would suggest consuming these capsules along with massaging the bald spots with castor oil (or another oil such as rosemary) which improve circulaton and provide all kinds of proteins and vitamins for the scalp. -
Question: Can this be for men with thinning hair ?
Answer: All I know is that I started taking these and November 2015 my hair has incredibly changed. My hair dresser says it's like doing a different persons hair. I had a lot of stress and had thinned so much my hair dresser had becomed concerned that something was wrong. She suggested I start taking the biotin supplements and within 6 months I saw a major difference. I highly recommend to all my friends. -
Question: Does anybody know what kind of results I can expect by only taking one pill a day? Really afraid I will break out with a twice-daily dose.
Answer: I think you'll still get good results. For optimal hair growth my dermatologist (who specializes in hair loss) recommended 10,000 mcg per day...but if you just do one I think you'll still reap benefits. I'm sensitive too and this has not made me break out. -
Question: Does it make hair grow on other parts of your body, such as, legs, arms, chest?
Answer: All hair on your body will grow! My leg hair gets pretty long. My arm hair has always been long but not wolfman type. Hair on your face will get longer. -

Answer: I take biotin everyday along with other vitamins, and NO it doesn't make my hair grow everywhere. I think That all depends on the individual because I am not a hairy person, I'm not sure how it would actually affect a hairy person. My hair and skin look amazingly healthy from the proper nutrients. -

Question: Will it help in growing hair at bald areas?
Answer: I've been taking biotin for years now for my hair, skin, and nails but most especially because my hair began to fall out in clumps a few years ago .while I can say that it does help keep it more healthy (esp. the growth of my nails) I can't say it ever helped bald patches fill in. The only thing I tried that did this was the daily use of a scalp massager and a blend of essential oils used as a treatment 2x a week. That said, I never tried Rogaine which I read does help. If you do take biotin though, I do recommend this brand.
