Answer: Yes it's concentrated so always dilute it (in a bowl of some kind) or you're just wasting it. For tough stains dilute it with tap water at 50/50 max. You can use a sponge, cloth, or brush. Good idea to wear rubber cleaning gloves. -
Question: Q: Will it remove stains from your bathtub
Answer: Depends on what kind of tub material - old cast iron & steel tub glazes yes. Newer models or fiber tubs (various types) it may harm the finishes because they use a gel or clear coat over the surfaces which may be removed & also void any lifetime or limited warrantees! -
Question: Can this product be used on onyx shower surface?
Answer: I don’t know only used it on meta -
Question: Is it safe to use on Brass faucets to remove hard water stains?
Answer: All metal faucets are a finish over brass (chrome/polished brass/antique brass, etc), so it should work on all faucets. Just don't keep it on more than a minute before wipping it clean! -
Question: can it be used for aluminum
Answer: What type of aluminum are we talking about? Outside extruded aluminum, you may have to use navy gel. In any case, try a small portion on a not obvious place before doing entire peice. -
Question: Does this work on fiberglass pools? I have lime build up in side due to cement tile above
Answer: It should work just fine for that -
Question: Will this work on a stone pebble shower floor?
Answer: Yes, it works on all types of masonry surfaces! However, showers you may have to reseal surface to avoid future staining or water seepage to dry areas. -
Question: Can i use it on stucco on the outside of my house?
Answer: Yes, I believe that you can. It reads that it is non toxic and I have used it outside before. Also, if you are worried about using it outside, try soaking rags in vinegar and placing on the bricks. Rinse well. Works better on hard water stains IMHO! -
Question: Can i use clr to run throught the jets in my jetted bathtub?
Answer: Yes, you definitely can. It is ideal for that.
