Question: How long of a pip can fit in the case?? What is the inner dimensions
Answer: I would call the outside 7.25”. And a 7” pipe inside would be a stretch --literally. The zipper looks sturdy but shouldn’t be taxed regularly. -

Question: Will pipes that are 7.5" long fit?
Answer: My 7” one fit with very little room to spare. A 7.5” might fit but it could possibly be difficult to zip closed. -
Question: Is this good for smoking herbal blends?
Answer: No. You'll want a hookah for herbal blends. Hooks heat up the blend instead of burning it. An herbal blend in a pipe like this would be very bitter and burn very hot. This is only for pipe tobacco. -
Question: How much tobacco does the pouch hold?
Answer: The pouch is 18.5 cm (7.5 inch) long; 10 cm (4 inch) height; 6.5 cm (2.5 inch) width. It contains space to hold two pipes. It also has a zipper inside to place anything you want. The internal zippered bag to contain the tobacco is rather small. Maybe to hold 0.5 to 0.75 ounces pipe tobacco. I never use it. I rather place ONE pipe inside in one of the two pipe holding compartments, and other things in the zippered place AND I place a 1.5 ounce bag (like the ones that come with Captain Black tobacco). The pouch is nice, sturdy (looks like leather) and durable. The zipper is of good quality. The "but" is the internal pouch to contain tobacco: too small, and that is why I replaced it. -

Answer: Yes, the pouch in held in place magnetically. -

Answer: Case did not include the pipes if that is what you are asking.
