    • Question: How many balls are in the kit? 3 or 4

      Answer: There are four balls. One peanut shaped one, and three individual balls of varying sizes, including a very small black one that is more like a marble size.
    • Question: Does this set come with the directions posters?

      Answer: Yes, it comes with two sets of instructions with pictures and color-coding for the balls.
    • Question: Are the 2 big rollers the same as the rad roller (medium)?

      Answer: No. the RAD Roller is a connected rolling device, the RAD Rounds are actually a set of three independent balls that are sized differently to fit & work different areas of the body.
    • Question: Does the set include the XL peanut?

      Answer: The Point Release Kit includes the 'Original' RAD Roller, rather than the RAD Roller XL. You can always purchase them separately, but note that it won't fit in the block.
    • Question: Is the rad roller bigger than the green ball?

      Answer: Yes, It’s a little taller/larger…..Better and more comfortable for the spine that way ;)
    • Question: How useful is the block? What do you use the block for?

      Answer: We use the Block for a whole host of things, mainly raising up the rollers to access all kinds of areas, like the inner leg, calves, neck, and other areas. You could use a taller foam roller, but then the overall size is too big for areas like the rotator cuff of the shoulder. It just helps make everything easy and comfortable.....And it holds all the balls from rolling around ;)
    • Question: Is there an app or youtube videos to hellp you use these tools?

      Answer: Absolutely. Each of our tools come with a guide, and we also have videos and our app available ;)
    • Question: What is the Size of the balls?

      Answer: The RAD Roller is around 2.5", and Green RAD Round is about the size of a raqcuetball, the Blue RAD Round is about the size of a squash ball, and the Black Round is about the size of a Marble. All of them are silicone.
    • Question: What are the different balls for?

      Answer: Smaller and larger sizes for different muscles and pressure points, example- large green ball is good for back and shoulders while she smaller ones work better on an area like the feet.

    Exactly what I needed for my routine
    I love the product. I had ordered the double end ball years ago, I enjoyed it but I had no prior knowledge on trigger point therapy. These balls were exactly what I was looking for and I love the block as well for when I’m doing yoga or stretching. It’s a magnificent tool when paired with a trigger point therapy book and a stretching medium such as ROMWOD (range of motion workout of day). It’s a man is only as good as his tools and this was exactly what I need. Do some massage with the balls, crank a workout in, then stretch.

    Buy the balls, not the kit!
    I was very disappointed when I received this kit. I have purchased other kits with massage tracks made by other companies that were made out of sturdy rubber materials but this is not the case here. The lacrosse balls are great and I love the versatility of the different sizes, but trust me! But the balls separately and don't waste your money on this useless foam brick that collapses under weight and pressure and does not bounce back. It is cheap foam that does not give and you cannot use it as intended without ruining it. The only reason this review has any stars at all is for the lacrosse balls. If I could review the block and balls separately, the block would have zero stars!

    Game changer
    As a massage therapist I need to take care of myself and this really gets deep into this magical spots. I can control it all just by using my body weight. From my neck down to my toes

    No more dying from knots in my neck and shoulder
    I see a masseuse no less than once a month. Though because I suffer from TMJD (teeth grinding) sometimes once a month does not cut it. The knots in my neck and shoulder are debilitating sometimes if not tended to at the onset of tension. These massaging balls work great between my back and a wall. I am in love and in a whole lot less pain. I use the green ball most often -- it's great for breaking up fascia that is trying to build over my trapezius, due to TMJD and a misaligned bite. I'm in braces to correct the issue, but until then -- THESE BALLS are my FRIENDS.

    Excellent massage tool for climbers
    I rock climb and was looking for a tool for handling pumped arms and sore muscles. This set is excellent and does everything that I hoped for. I love that it is a self contained unit, which makes it easy to store the massage balls/foam block when not in use. I also found the pamphlet with diagrams of techniques to be VERY useful. Usually I would throw away literature like this, but I find myself referencing it when I have odd areas that I need to massage! Awesome product-- would highly recommend for climbers!

    Durable and effective

    Perfection
    I’ve recently gotten into foam rolling and these have been such a great addition to my routine. The small ball is amazing for working on my jaw and hands and the green and blue ones are excellent for my neck and shoulder blades. I love that it comes with the holder to keep them all together.
