Answer: They are not like leather lifting gloves. More like soft sock material. I suppose you could lift in them, it may protect from blisters, but I don’t think they would last as long as regular lifting gloves. I did not find they provide any compression, basically just warmth. -
Question: My hand measures exactly 3.25 inches across. Should I size up or down?
