Question: How many carbs?
Answer: 5 net carbs, not 2 as listed on the box. I've been a low-carb eater for 10 years. Though I love these bars, you should know that anything with the word "MALT" (i.e. Maltitol, Isomalt) have calories & carbs. When you eat products with Maltitol, you have to add about 50% of the caloriers & carbs back into the count. The box says 16 carbs, 6 fiber, 10 sugar alcohol. You can always minus out fiber, so that takes it to 10 carbs. Then 50% of the remaining Maltitol carbs = 5 carbs per bar. You can read about this at https://ketoconcern.com/maltitol-keto/ -
Question: When will you stop using maltitol in your products??? You're loosing a lot of potential buyers.
Answer: Right! It has a higher glycemic index than regular sugar! You don’t see it unless you are wearing a glucose monitor, which my son does. Spikes him sky high!! -

Answer: Don't know, but they are deliciou -
Question: Will I get fat eating them??
Answer: If you eat too much of anything, even vegetables, you'll get fat. If you are thinking of eating 2 of these in place of another treat, no. There are only 60 calories in a serving. I eat only one a day (30 calories), but it satisfies my hunger for something decadent. A little bit goes a long way. -
Question: Are they easy to chew for me with no teeth
Answer: The Carmel is kind of sticky but they are easy to chew. -
Question: Are these the same as the chocolate caramel nut roll but a different shape?
Answer: No, these do not have as many nuts and it's not as salty. It reminds me of a Snickers! It has a lot of caramel in it. -
Question: Can I eat these during Pase 1?
Answer: I did eat these after 2 weeks in phase 1. I recommend to buy them from your local store. The ones I ordered on amazin came melted and rancid. -
