Question: Is the item packaged in the metal tin as shown in the picture?
Answer: Yes -they come in a nice tin box and the top has a slot for it to be used as a coin bank. I think these Lamby Balls are really nice. -
Question: how long do these last ??
Answer: Had mine done July 2015. They are all I use. They still look new so I can only say 7 months and counting. -
Question: i am concerned that my clothes will be staticky. Do you have an issue when using these?
Answer: I have no issues. It is a lot better than dryer sheets. -
Question: Do these dryer balls come in a tin or a box?
Answer: A tin that you can then use as a piggy bank, I use it to put the change I find in the laundry. -
Question: If wool makes me itch will these balls cause a problem
Answer: No, I have used them to dry my husband's T shirts, as well as our flannel sheets and bath towels. I have sensitive skin, and have not had any reaction from use of this product. -
Question: Can you add scent to these balls?
Answer: I love these "lamby" balls. While our youngest son and his family were here they did a lot of wash. They loved them so much I had some sent to their home so they would be there when they arrived home from their vacation. I have neverd considered adding scent to them. My question would be "why would you want to"? -

Answer: I know they are made of wool from New Zealand, but I am not positive where they are made. The Nellie's Laundry Soda is made in Canada, so the Lamby balls may be made there as well. I do know both products are all natural and are absolutely amazing!!!!!!! I will Never use anything else!!!!!! Question: Can you wash these? My cat likes to drag them around the house.
Answer: I would think so since they are 100% wool. I would first use a lint brush to remove any fuzz, etc. Then I would wash them in cold water using Nellie's laundry soda either in the sink or my washer on delicate cycle and then let air dry on a towel. By the way, just asking, why are your lamby balls not left in your dryer after each use? Seems like an expensive cat toy. I think they are too valuable not to be in my dryer!!!
