Question: if the crutches are the same, why is this one $100+ but your website is only $40?
Answer: The crutches on our website that I believe that you are looking at, is another model in our line that we just came out with in the past month. That is our new Life Crutch. The ones that are the more expensive model is our in motion pro. The life crutch is a more economical model but it does not fold, has no springs and is recommended for shorter term users. -
Question: is the price of $ 109.99 for 1 couple or for 1 piece and what color are available
Answer: The price is for a pair. I got the blue ones and I loved them! These are fantastic! I have used other crutches. These saved my hands, my shoulders, my body in general. I would never go back to another kind of crutch if I needed them again! -
Question: Seller: when do you expect the blue tall to be available please?
Answer: There is an order placed that should arrive in the first couple weeks of September. -
Question: How can I contact the seller? The pieces that hold one of the handgrips (spring, and maybe some small parts) came off and I need a replacement.

Question: Are there any accessories for the ergonomic handles? They are causing blisters in my palms while using.
Answer: The human body is not used to putting that much stress on your hands, so it can cause blistering. A good temporary solution is Moleskin from your local pharmacy. Unfortunately, we do not currently sell an accessory for this issue, but we are in development for a product that will help with this but it will not be ready until the end of this year. -

Answer: 1 1/4 ". Best crutches ever!
