Answer: I'm not sure the one I ordered would classify as, INDUSTRIAL or Commercial grade ?? Truthfully, I don't think so !! It works Great for regular residential house work !! The Mop heads last very well, and I ordered back ups, they are washable, and hang out to dry... The Pole in my opinion, would NOT hold up very well using it 24/7 as in janitorial type work...The Bucket probably would ?? I'm sure O-Cedar has available Industrial grade Mops & Bucket -
Question: Mop heads get matted together into a ball. What gives?
Answer: I have the same problem with these mop heads. I truly believe these are counterfeit. -

Question: How long does this handle suppose to extend? I have the o-cedar and it hurts my back because it's not extending long enough.
Answer: OK, with the mop head on and ready to use, the handle goes a little over 4 feet, 50 inches to be exact. Just perfect for handling it. Oh , and if you google it, this mop system is shown on "youtube" , as to how it works. God Bless !! -
Question: how do you dry the mop head after washing?
Answer: I clean houses for a living. I use only this mop. I have 7 replacement heads. I wash them in my washing machine. When I take them out of the washer and take two of them and swoosh the fiber sides together just to kind of loosen up the fibers after being spun out in the washer. Then, I chunk mine right into my dryer. I high heat dry for 60 mins. Yes, it sounds like I have seven pairs of tennis shoes in the dryer but thankfully I have a door that can be closed and blocks out the sound. I was concerned when I first started using this mop about the "can be washed up to ten times" thing. I started out with 2 and over the past three years have bought more along the way but I am still using the first two I ever bought. They have held up and still work just as well as a brand new one does. My mop heads have been washed, mega bleached and machine dried at least two times a week, every week for the past 3 years.
