Question: If you have flat feet do you order low arches or high arches?
Answer: LOW... a high arch would hurt your feet. -
Question: is the entire sole flexible?
Answer: The short answer is no. While the top of the entire footbed is soft & flexible, there is about 2/3 of the bottom of the insole that is a molded plastic to provide some stability/support. -
Question: How often should these inserts be replaced?
Answer: I generally replace the inserts when I replace the shoes. When I have run enough that the shoes are worn out, I put new insoles into new shoes. -
Question: Can these supports be worn inside slippers without backs?
Answer: I have worn them with Keen sandals. One foot I had to put sticky tape between shoe and insert. But it stays in place fine now. -
Question: I am size 10.5 men's. Which size should I order?
Answer: Size 11, then trim the tips. -

Answer: Have you tried these - they seem to be equivalent to the fit series. They are worth a try - you can always return them. -

Answer: The size "Women's 7-8/Men's 5-6" is all one size. The "Women's 7-8/Men's 5-6" is the correct size for you if you wear a size 7 women's shoe.
