Sof Sole Insoles Unisex FIT Support Full-Length Foam Shoe Inserts improve footwear fit, cushioning, and comfort. Available in three arch heights, the full-length, removable foam shoe insole features a reinforced nylon plate to support the arch and heel, and promote anatomical alignment. High-rebound foam promotes a natural stride—each arch height has a different, specially-calibrated foam density (measured in durometers, the metric for material hardness—softer foam has a lower durometer, while harder foam has a higher durometer) for proper biomechanics. The Sof Sole Insoles Unisex FIT Support Full-Length Foam Shoe Insert is ideal for everyday support, or for walking, running, hiking, and cross-training. Low Arch insole has a 2.8cm arch height, and 65 durometer foam in heel and arch/40 durometer foam in forefoot. Neutral Arch insole has a 3.0cm arch height, and 60 durometer foam in heel and arch/40 durometer foam in forefoot. High Arch has a 3.3cm arch height, and 55 durometer foam in heel and arch/40 durometer foam in forefoot. Available in a range of men’s and women’s shoe sizes. |

Question: If you have flat feet do you order low arches or high arches?
Answer: LOW... a high arch would hurt your feet. -
Question: is the entire sole flexible?
Answer: The short answer is no. While the top of the entire footbed is soft & flexible, there is about 2/3 of the bottom of the insole that is a molded plastic to provide some stability/support. -
Question: How often should these inserts be replaced?
Answer: I generally replace the inserts when I replace the shoes. When I have run enough that the shoes are worn out, I put new insoles into new shoes. -
Question: Can these supports be worn inside slippers without backs?
Answer: I have worn them with Keen sandals. One foot I had to put sticky tape between shoe and insert. But it stays in place fine now. -
Question: I am size 10.5 men's. Which size should I order?
Answer: Size 11, then trim the tips. -
Question: Why did you discontinue the fit series? for years i bought these and now i'm left without a good insole. thanks for nothing
Answer: Have you tried these - they seem to be equivalent to the fit series. They are worth a try - you can always return them. -
Question: Will they damage/wear through leather shoes or boots? I would like to wear these with Dr. Martens.
Answer: I have found them to be fabulous and they do not interfere in any type of footwear. The only thing that you have to do before you insert them into your shoe is to remove the insert that is in the sho -
Question: for a size 7 women's, do I buy 7-8 or 5-6?
Answer: The size "Women's 7-8/Men's 5-6" is all one size. The "Women's 7-8/Men's 5-6" is the correct size for you if you wear a size 7 women's shoe.
